Transkaroo Lodge is in the main street between Beaufort West and Kimberley.  There will be no problem to find us.

Accommodation at the Transkaroo Lodge in the Northern Cape province of South Africa, takes the form of 16 rooms (including 3, 4 or 5-bedded family rooms) as well as 9 backpacker rooms. The guest rooms are en suite with air-conditioning, while the backpacker rooms have fans and heaters. The guest rooms also have tea/coffee-making facilities and TV. Room service is limited.

Our restaurant offers delicious home cooking, both a la carte and carvery, with a la carte breakfasts, as well as a friendly courtyard bar. The restaurant has an extensive wine list.

The pool area at the Transkaroo Lodge is a true oasis in the warm summers, and the garden boasts lovely spots to enjoy a good book or contemplate the finer things in life.

There are also braai facilities in the garden, while the lounge at the Transkaroo Lodge is equipped with DSTV if you want to watch that important rugby match.

Parking is secure, with daytime security and a night watchman.
